Hi today I am about to tell you about water , water is so fresh and also I like drinking water fresh water
It is Impotent to drink water
1.Because your body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it's important to re hydrate by drinking and eating foods that contain water.
If you don't drink water
2.If you don't drink enough water it can cause dehydration including fatigue (tiredness), headache, weakened immunity, and dry skin.
So keep drinking lot's of water for good health and glowing skin.
